RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you’re delighted with your BuddingBlue purchases! If, however, something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make returns and exchanges easy and straightforward.
1. GENERAL RETURN POLICY
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase under the following conditions:
- Local Orders: Items may be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- International Orders: Items may be returned within 28 days from the date of receipt.
Please Note:
- Shipping Fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for shipping fees on returns.
- For international returns, we ask that you use DHL. We can also provide a DHL shipping waybill at your expense.
To be eligible for a return, items must be new, unused, and in original BuddingBlue packaging with tags attached. If a return does not meet these standards, we will be unable to process it, and it will be returned to you.Please have the invoice of purchase to ensure the exchange is validated, as item(s) without invoices will not be accepted.
2. SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS
- SALE Items: These items are non-refundable unless there is a fault from our side. You can return SALE items within the specified timeframe for a credit note, valid for 45 days.
- CLEARANCE Items: All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Credit Notes for SALE Items:
If you would like to exchange a SALE item, you’ll receive a credit note (valid for 45 days) that can be used to purchase a new item. Additional payment, if required for the new item, will be due at checkout.SALE items do not qualify for a refund unless deemed faulty due to an error from our team. They can be returned within the specified time-frame for a credit note – valid for 45 days.
Items bought on CLEARANCE cannot be returned.
We do not refund on SALE items for “change of mind” We offer a credit note on all returned sale items. If you wish to exchange for another item, you can use this Credit Note, valid for 45 days, to purchase the new item(s) and if additional payment is required for the new item this will be paid at checkout.
3. FAULTY ITEMS
We want to make things right if you receive a faulty item. Here’s what qualifies as faulty and how we can help:
- Faulty Classification: Items are considered faulty if they arrive damaged or have a distinct manufacturing fault. Normal wear and tear are not considered faults.
- Return Window: Faulty items must be returned within 7 days (local orders) or 28 days (international orders) of receipt.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item to get authorization for your return. Items will be inspected upon receipt, and you’ll receive an email about the outcome within 5 days.We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience simple and enjoyable. We monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your buddingblue.com account.
4. CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTED RETURNS
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your item meets the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with all original BuddingBlue tags and packaging intact.
- Items should be free from stains, odors, and signs of wear. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items with makeup marks, perfume scents, or other visible signs of use.
- Invoice Requirement: Please include your purchase invoice to validate the return, as items without invoices will not be accepted.
5. REPEATED RETURNS POLICY
Our flexible returns policy is designed to make online shopping enjoyable. However, we reserve the right to flag or restrict accounts with an unusually high volume of returns. In some cases, this may include:
- A review of the account, with the possibility of restricting further returns.
- Potential account closure if return patterns suggest misuse of our returns policy.
6. LATE RETURNS
If your return is slightly outside the standard timeframe:
- Between 7/28 and 30 days: We can issue a credit note as long as the item meets our original condition requirements.
- Over 30 days: Unfortunately, returns beyond 30 days cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you.
7. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
We want to be transparent about items that are non-returnable:
- Gift Cards, Credit Notes, and E-Vouchers: Not eligible for refunds or returns.
- Purchases from Stockists or Other Retailers: These must be returned to the original place of purchase.
- Customized or Altered Items: Garments that have been dry cleaned, altered, or repaired by third parties are not eligible for return.
- Made to Measure: Please note that we do not accept returns on items already made to provided measurements. Kindly ensure that you send us your accurate measurements, we’re happy to guide you through.
